At Connexions we aim to give young people aged 13 – 19 the best start in life. We can help you make informed choices and decisions about learning and work as you move into adult life.

Whether you are at school, college, in or out of education, training or working, there are various ways in which we are able to help you.

These include:

Jobs and Training Vacancies - we receive hundreds of vacancies for young people every year. You can access current vacancies by calling in at your local Connexions Centre or by visiting www.guidance-services.co.uk.

Free Guidance Interviews with a qualified Connexions Personal Adviser, where you can get advice, information or practical help on education, training or any personal issues affecting you at school, college or home.

Help is available with letters of application, CV’s, interview techniques etc.

Connexions Personal Advisers will assist with making interview arrangements, follow up to find out how the interview went and offer further support if necessary and mediate with employers on behalf of you e.g. ’Time off for Study or Training’.
