Kiosks
Connexions Information Kiosks are a new way of providing information to young people in York and North Yorkshire.
By using the keyboard and mouse or just by touching the screen, users can access information on:
- Money
- Education
- Employment & Training
- Environment
- Sport, Leisure and Travel
- Family & Relationships
- Housing
- Europe
- Health
- Justice & Equality
The information comes in the form of contact details and opening times for places that can provide further support and advice. Websites and standard fact sheets can also viewed, along with maps giving directions to nearby centres.
There are currently seven kiosks in York & North Yorkshire and plans are to expand numbers further in the near future. At the moment, kiosks can be found at:
